M2 Architecture Studio transformed three existing loft units into a single family unit on the top floor of the building. This space, located in a historic building, had been renovated into apartments in 2003. M2 worked closely with the building’s owner, the future occupant, and their interior designer to transform the space into one cohesive, stunning living space.
