John has 25 years experience as a   Project Architect, Project Manager and Senior Designer.  His project participation includes programming, concept design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.  John’s project types vary from high rise offices, retail, financial, historic renovation, restaurants, healthcare and multi-level mixed use facilities.  John has a Bachelor in Architecture, Masters in Architecture and a Masters in Engineering from the University of Illinois and he is a registered Architect and LEED AP Certified.  His graphic skills include AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D MAX.

Michael E. Bauer, RA

Mike has 32 years experience in commercial, industrial, retail, institutional & residential architectural projects. Mike's professional career path has included several prominent architectural firms, most recently as principal of Bauer & Associates Architects, Inc. Mike is experienced with planning & zoning procedures and is well versed in project management, site and building design, building code review, construction detailing and construction administration. His architectural designs range from multi-million dollar high rise offices, banks, healthcare, corporate interiors and space planning, automotive dealerships, private residences, assisted living and historic renovation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University and he is a registered Architect in the States of Missouri and Illinois. Mike also chairs the St. Louis County Mechanical Code Review Committee.
