Project Manager

Bob has 18 years of project management and design experience for a wide range of educational, institutional, commercial, governmental, religious, medical, hospitality and retail facilities. He is proficient in the use of CAD design programs and other computer software designed for project analysis and management. Throughout the design and construction document process, Bob maintains diligent documentation to allow the Designer, the Contractor and the Client all to be equally informed about project issues, schedule and budget. This communication is critical to a successful project and a satisfied client. Bob received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and is Certified by the Construction Specification Institute.

David Lorentz
Senior Project Manager

David has over 20 years experience in Architectural Design and Management.  As Senior Project Manager, he handles all phases of project management including existing conditions, concept designs, site planning, design development, construction documents, bidding and permitting, contract negotiations and construction documentation.  Communicating with Clients and providing them with detailed documents are David’s strengths.  Project types range from historic renovations to office buildings to restaurants.  He is in the process of completing the final portions of the Architectural Registration Exam for the State of Missouri.
