Brioche Doree & Missouri Vineyards, HMS Host Corporation

St. Louis, Missouri - Lambert St. Louis International Airport

The open design of this space incorporates liberal use of wood, brick, and natural light that invites guests to peruse the food presentation and preparation at Brioche Doree, a French bakery/cafe, and at Missouri Vineyards, a wine bar that features local wines.

This project involved management and implementation of corporate standards and coordination of all deliverables with the client’s team and kitchen consultant, as well as development of the construction documents.
