Mike Bauer, RASenior Associate, Project Manager
Mike joined M2 Architecture Studio in 2010, and as a former Principal at his own firm, he brought with him a broad range of design expertise. He has more than 30 years’ experience with significant projects ranging across hospitality, healthcare, commercial and historic renovation markets. He is well versed in the critical issues that schedules, costs, and budgets have on projects, as well as the aesthetic subtleties required to assure value and prominence. Mike’s expert management of project teams has helped M2 secure our reputation for on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
Michael RodneyProject Manager
For almost 40 years Michael has been the architect or project manager for design and construction projects for institutional and governmental clients across the country; including federal, state and municipal agencies, colleges and universities and K-12 public school districts. His strengths include working within a project's budget, schedule and quality requirements to develop a consensus on a project's scope and to deliver a project that meets all parameters. His particular expertise is in working with existing buildings, developing projects that extend their useful life and bring these older facilities up to contemporary standards.

Bob has over 18 years of project management and design experience in the education, commercial, religious, and healthcare markets. As a Project Manager, he upholds M2’s commitment to efficiency by streamlining day-to-day activities, formulating work plans, and remaining fully involved through project completion. Bob’s strong management style and communicative approach to every project has resulted in trusted long-term client relationships.

Tim’s strengths in programming, his aptitude for translating design intent into construction realities, and his ability to implement highly functional architectural solutions, have resulted in seamless project outcomes. During his 15 plus years of experience, he has developed a thoughtful, accurate, and technically skilled management approach. Tim’s project portfolio includes commercial, food services, hospitality, education, and healthcare clients.
Debbie YatesOffice Manager
Debbie has a strong understanding of every operational initiative within a design firm. She has worked in the industry in a management capacity for over 15 years, and is also an interior designer by education. Debbie plays a key role in the efficient and effective management of the office, our clients, and staff.
Alyssa CornellProject DesignerAlyssa is a creative visionary who is dedicated to providing artistic design, very personalized service and exceptional workmanship. Starting out with a B.S. in Education, graduate studies in Counseling and a few years in between working as a web interface designer, Alyssa shifted her focus in 2012 and she returned to school for a third time. In May of 2015 she received her A.A.S. in Interior Design Degree from St. Louis Community College - Meramec. Alyssa's experience in art and design brings a keen eye and sensitivity to the smallest detail in her work. Her passion for color and design is infectious. This coupled with her background in education and counseling gives her a unique understanding of both space and the humans who occupy it. Alyssa is an Allied member of the ASID
